When planning a health & balance diet we must have a certain amount of each food group

Carbohydrates
Fats
Protein
Water
Fibre
Minerals
Vitamins

Your task is to research each of these groups, their role, give an example (supported by a diagram with citation) plus the recommended daily allowance of each amount.
